Rev. John has celebrated hundreds of weddings in his rich career. Having traveled widely and lived in other countries, he brings a unique understanding to the many traditions and rituals possible in a wedding.

John specializes in non-traditional, interfaith and outdoor weddings and can sensitively incorporate different religious and cultural traditions into your wedding. He also has a great deal of experience with weddings that are spiritual but avoiding God language. He also performs weddings for same-sex couples.

John works with each couple to design and write the wedding service, making it distinct and meaningful in every way. He usually meets with each couple twice (sometime more if pre-martial counseling is requested). His relaxed and adventuresome demeanor is well known.
